All packages are available to retailers wishing to sell at GeocoinFest Europe 2019. Packages must be prebooked and are
non-refundable. GeocoinFest Europe 2019 is run by GCF EU 2019 Ltd and is a not-for-Profit company.
Payments to be made in GBP (£) via bank transfer or PayPal. An additional 5% fee will be added to PayPal payments to
cover additional costs.
Set-up time is from 7am to 9am. Access to loading bays will only be between these hours. Vehicles must be moved away from
the event before 9am.
Parking is available across the city at various prices. Parking at the underground car park at the Exhibition centre can be pre-purchased
Packing up time is from 5pm to 7pm. Vehicles cannot be taken to the loading bays before this time.
The organisers will be happy to discuss part payment for each booking to be made in goods for fundraising. This will be done on an individual basis.
Table price – £20 per 2m (tables are a standard 2m x 1m size)
Geocaching and General Retailers – Set price of £20 (€22) per 2m of selling frontage. You may book any size of stall from 2m to 50m of selling frontage (in 2m increments).
Tables can be provided or you may provide your own. For supplied tables a fully refundable deposit of £10 (€11) per table is
required. If hiring tables chairs will also be supplied at no extra cost (up to a max of 4 per stall).
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT – Book before 28 Feb 2019 as get 6m of selling frontage for £50 (€55). Maximum of one discount per stall.
Craft Stalls – Set price of £40 (€44) per stall. This includes 4m of selling frontage placed back to back with another stall. 2 tables and 1 chair are included in the price.
Optional Electricity – £10
If you require electricity it is an additional £10 (€11) per stall. 4m long UK electric cables can be supplied for a refundable deposit of £10 (€11) each. Please state how many you require.
Retailer food + Drink packages
Save time and money by pre-ordering food and drink for you and your staff. All pre-purchased food and drink will be delivered to you during the day.
Bottled Water – 2l free with each booking.
Additional bottled water – 50p (€0.55) per 500ml bottle
Fizzy drinks – Sugar free cans 80p (€0.88) each, others £1 (€1.10) each
Lunch Pack – Sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bar, soft drink, piece of fruit. £5 (€5.50)per person
Free tap water will also be available all day. Event volunteers will make regular visits to your stall to deliver free water and provide a free waiter service for any unbooked food and drink.
Discounted Retailer car parking
Full days parking in the NCP carpark underneath the event location. MUST be pre-paid. £20 (€22) per vehicle
Retailers must have a minimum of £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance to sell to the public within the UK by law. To sell at the event you must prove you have this insurance in place prior to the event. If you do not have the required insurance you can be added to the event organisers policy for a fee of £50 (€55).
